Is the fabric included in the total price of my custom order?
The cost of the fabric and the cost of production are separate. Client must purchase fabric before paying custom design services.

What is the turn around time for a custom gown?
The turnaround time for a custom gown is 2-3 months. The production timeline will depend on the complexity of the dress and the timeline agreed upon between the client and designer. All rush orders will be considered and will be an additional fee starting at $200.

I saw a gown via social media and would like for you to replicate it with minor revisions? Is this a service that you provide?
We are not able to customize or replicate any gown previously created by another designer. All of Chasity Sereal's gowns are unique and custom made for each client. Sereal does welcome inspiration photos to get an idea of what the client wants.

What happens if I'm not ready to pay the deposit at the consultation?
All clients have 5 days after their consultation to pay for their deposit to begin production. If your deposit is not made within the requested timeframe, your order may be cancelled and another consultation may be necessary.

I’m under the age of 18, and my mom/dad is working the day of my scheduled consultation appointment; can I still attend the meeting without them?
All clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present with them at all appointments, including the consultation. If a parent or legal guardian is not present at the appointments, then the appointment must be rescheduled and an added fee may be included for day-of cancellations.

Can I rent a gown from you for prom or a special event?
At this time we only rent out dresses to stylists and photographers who are pulling for special events or photo shoots.

You are more than welcome to pay the full amount upfront.
50% of the total cost is due at the consultation to start designing.
25% is due at the second fitting.

I loved a dress that you designed for someone's prom last year. Is that dress available to be ordered?
All of our gowns are custom and not available to be replicated. We want all our prom clients to have a one-of-a-kind Sereal experience with their gown made especially for them.
