Chasity Sereal takes inspiration from your vision and puts her touch to each custom piece as a designer
Chasity will go above and beyond to be sure you are satisfied with your custom design

CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are $100 and will be deducted from the total cost to secure your date and time for your one-hour consultation with SEREAL. Payment is non-refundable and will be taken by an invoice via Square where you may pay online prior to your appointment. Payment is required within 6 hours after the invoice has been sent. Please allow 48 hours notice if you may need to reschedule. Any rescheduling after 48 hours is non-refundable.
During the consultation, the designer will write down the ideas of what you're wanting and pair them with her ideas. All designs must be approved prior to moving forward. After a deposit is made, you will receive a sketch (upon request) from the designer via email.
During the consultation hour, Sereal will discuss your design, go over labor cost, and assist with selecting the client's fabric. Fabric MUST be purchased by the client. The labor cost does not include the cost of fabric.
If you're under the age of 18, consultations MUST be booked by a parent/guardian .
START DESIGNING
At the consultation or 5 days after, a non refundable 50% deposit fee of the total amount is required to begin the design(s) . If there is no payment within 5 days of the consultation, your order will be canceled.
(SEREAL will only start on the order when the non-refundable deposit has been made)
IN-PRODUCTION
Once order is placed and put in production, client MAY NOT change the design or an additional $150+ will be added to the total cost.
FITTINGS
Client is entitled to three fittings located at SEREAL's place of business
(SEREAL will not meet outside of the studio for fittings)
Client is limited to two guests at each fitting
(All children attending must be supervised)
NO GROUP FITTINGS. NO EXCEPTIONS
Fittings are one hour or less. During this time, SEREAL will make adjustments to the garment(s). Client may ask for minor changes if needed. Client must pay 50% of their remaining balance at the 2nd fitting. Client will have to sign a separate agreement stating that they are pleased with the progression of their garment at the end of each fitting. Client will pay the remaining balance at the final fitting and sign a separate agreement stating that they are pleased with the completed garment.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
All appointments must be scheduled at least four months in advance prior to the event. If needing more than three pieces for your event, please schedule your consultation at least five months in advance.
(Rush orders needed in less than two months will be an extra $200+ added to the total cost)
Allow up to 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
There is a $50 cancellation fee that will be added to your total cost if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment. This also may result in needing to reschedule since the appointment may not be able to be extended at that time.
